As the Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our service exceeds expectations and contributes to our overall growth and success.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction across all contracts.
Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with organizational goals.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of field-based managers and team members.
Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Ensure the team is well-equipped and motivated to deliver high-quality services.
SLA Management and Delivery:
Oversee and ensure the delivery of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain exceptional service delivery.
Workforce Planning:
Conduct effective workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels, considering peak times and team resilience.
Optimize resource allocation for optimal service delivery.
Operational Excellence:
Drive operational excellence by adopting best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering innovation.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Business Development and Stakeholder Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
Contract Setup and Administration:
Lead the setup and administration of new contracts, meeting both client and company needs.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Competitor Analysis and Innovation:
Conduct regular competitor assessments to stay ahead of market trends and strategies.
Continuously review and improve operational processes, incorporating innovative solutions and technologies.
Tender Preparation and Review:
Lead the bid preparation process, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and strategic alignment.
Analyse feedback from tender submissions to refine future bids.
Performance Monitoring and feasibility Studies:
Monitor ongoing contract performance against agreed-upon terms and KPIs.
Evaluate the feasibility of new projects before committing resources.
Client Feedback and Complaints Management:
Address client feedback promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head of Operations or in a similar leadership role.
Familiarity with all business functions, including HR, finance, supply chain, and IT.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
