Working at TAAS

At TAAS, we know that standing beside vulnerable people in the justice system is challenging, important, and deeply rewarding work. That’s why when you join us, you’re not just starting a role - you’re becoming part of a supportive, like-minded community that shares your passion for fairness, dignity, and care.

Wellbeing at the heart

We believe in looking after the people who look after others. From monthly wellbeing sessions and training events to trauma-informed guidance to prioritise safety, compassion, and understanding in everything we do.

Full training and ongoing support

This is no easy job - but you’ll never face it alone. We provide full training in line with PACE, so while excellent communication skills are essential, you don’t need prior legal experience. You’ll always have someone to turn to, and we’ll make sure you feel supported, cared for, and heard every step of the way.

A community of care

When you join TAAS, you join a community of people just like you - committed, compassionate, and passionate about protecting the vulnerable. Together, we create a workplace built on shared values, trust, and the belief that justice should be accessible to all.
